Methods
From Wikipedia
The methods section starts with an overall statement summarizing the overall methods, which basically reproduces the same description provided in the Specific Aims section, including the statement about leverage.
Its structure will vary depending on the design being proposed for each aim, but they should necessarily be completely aligned with the aims proposed in the Specific Aims section. Of importance, the methods should make extensive use of hedging language. In other words, for each proposed step in the execution of the methodology, authors should point to potential problems that might occur along with their strategies to address those eventual problems.
